Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to products purchased directly from AVENYS official website or authorized retailers/retail stores. Products purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible for refunds.

If the products have not been shipped out, we are only able to refund 90% of the order’s amount.

Customers have 7-14 working days from the date of purchase to request a refund for the product (if the order has not been shipped out). Refund requests made after this period will not be considered. Customer will need to contact our Customer Service HERE with their order details and reason for the refund.

Upon Payment Confirmation at The Counter:

We do not offer any cancellations once payment is made at the counter.

Unfortunate Oversight by Our Store Assistant (SA):

Cancellation is allowed should our SA mistakenly or wrongly charge customers for any purchase.

Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 working days. We will contact you if we need more information from your end.

Please note that once a purchase is made, no cancellation allowed, including the reason for change of mind. Therefore, it is highly encouraged for you to make your selections carefully before finalizing your order at the counter.

 
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please get back to us within 14 days of receiving the parcel with order details and reason for exchange together with photo proofs.

For Defect / Damages Items Only We offer exchange with the same item within SEVEN (7) days after purchasing. Customer needs to come back to the same store and provide a receipt as proof of purchase.

 
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and it will take 7-14 working days once the refund has been processed. For credit card, it might take up to 21 working days.

In the event if the refund is not reflected in your bank account or credit card statement, please check with your bank accordingly.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain products may be non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, or products marked as final sale.

Condition of Product: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any product that has been opened, used, damaged, or is not in its original condition is not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is being returned due to an error on the part of Avenys Malaysia Sdn Bhd (e.g., wrong product shipped, product arrived damaged)
If you receive a refund based on your own request, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, your exchanged product might take longer to reach you.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any missing returned parcel issues.
